Yesterday I had a spa day with at at - a 240-acre, luxury 5* resort, 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport. (AD-PR).

The newly-refurbished spa is inspired by the sleek simplicity of Scandinavian design and is focused on wellness and wellbeing. New owners of Mar Hall have invested £15million into refurbishments, with lots of exciting plans in the works.

Upon arrival, Mar Hall Hotel guests are given full use of the leisure facilities and have the choice of either raising their heartrates in the state-of-the-art PRIMAL strength gym before a relaxing dip in the whirlpool bath, or heading straight to the pool hall & sipping on prosecco in the outdoor thermal suite.

Hotel guests will have full access to the leisure, spa and wellness facilities and can enjoy between 1-3pm. This includes the state-of-the-art gym, beautiful pool, steam rooms, saunas, chic showers and changing rooms, outdoor hot tub and fire pits and their thermal beds with views over the hills and the River Clyde.
