Our Chef takes delight in our mini , skin on, aubergine rolls,steamed to perfection. Built on a delicious vinegar- soy sauce laced with aubergine seeds and the cutest mini clams. This dish is served cold with cucumber and coriander salad topped with some red mini chili pepper. Perfect!
