❌ STOP Waiting ❌

We are all guilty of living for the weekend from time to time I am sure but sometimes we do need to remind ourselves if we are then we are not in the right place for us!

This is the main reason I have started my own business, I want to be in charge of my own time, this is my WHY... Why I will make my business a success and why I will reach my goals. This has taken months of self searching and work on my mindset to say these words to myself but if I don't believe in myself then who else will 🤔

So as the quote says, STOP waiting for FRIDAY.... get to work today! Make it happen, you can do this!

✨ Imposter Syndrome ✨

Hands up, who else continually puts themselves down and sees more worth in others.. we really need to stop 🛑

Here are some typical signs of imposter syndrome:
❌ Regular self doubt
❌ Cannot accept praise
❌ Discounts own success
❌ Questions own skills

If that sounds familiar here are some tips to help

✅ Set realistic & positive goals
✅ Stop comparing yourself to others
✅ Practice accepting praise
✅ Think and talk about your accomplishments

Call to Action (CTAs) have the role of directing people into what they should do next. You can ask them to buy your product, visit your website or get in touch with you.

If you spell it out you are more likely to have people take the action than to scroll on by. 😆

Confidence... wouldn't it be good if we could just buy this one amazon!! But ofcourse we cannot however, we can take steps to build on what we have

💕 Here are my 5 simple steps to build confidence 💕

✔ Try not to compare yourself to others - by all means research and be inspired by others success but don't dwell that you are not at that level, they started from scratch at some point too.
✔ Accept compliments - It is ok to just say thank you when you are complimented, you don't need to say anything else negative about yourself to brush off the compliment.
✔ Be kind to yourself - nourish your body with healthy food and move your body, nothing like a walk outside or a good workout to clear the head.
✔ Celebrate your wins - we are so quick to celebrate our friends and family wins so why not our own.. shout it from the rooftops.
✔ Create boundaries - whether its work life or friends/family who are maybe not so good for us, take that break. Listen to your gut!
