⭐️Cancellation policy enforcement ⭐️
I don’t like to write things that sound negative or that sound like I am being rude so this has taken alot for me and I genuinely am not aiming this at any specific clients so please do not take any offence💗
Over the past few months there has been a HUGE increase in clients who just forget and do not show up for there appointments which unfortunately is just not feesible for us anymore. Emergencys happen which is totally understandable ,these things cannot be helped and are not grudged in anyway. I also understand Covid and other illness’s happen to which again is absolutely justified and I completely understand this cannot be helped and you and your families health must come first 100%💗 For the appointments that have just been forgotten and missed, this is starting to have quite a financial impact on our business. When you are self employed unfortunately if there are clients who just dont show then we do not earn the money our appointment books originally show that we will. Bills become harder to pay and the struggles are beginning to take a toll. It doesnt allow us anytime to refill these empty spaces at such short notice.
Saying this, we are going to start enforcing what our Cancellation policy already is and being more strict with it. Exceptions for those things that cannot be helped and emergencies ofcourse are different 💗
⭐️ Cancellation Policy ⭐️
If you give less than 24 hours notice for cancelling your appointment or just do not show up, you will have to pay for the missed appointment in full. This must be paid before you get to come in for your next appointment.
Sorry again for feeling the need to post this however we cannot risk ignoring this any longer as it’s detrimental to our business. We thank you for your continued support and really hope you understand 💗
