He speaks about the recording process, takes a deep(ish) dive into some of the tracks and we have an exclusive off ‘The Instrumental Chapter’ album ahead of its release on Saturday 8th March.

Cracking story about some people that tried to scam an insurance company (some would say fair enough, I wouldn't of course) by claiming a bear damaged their car. Cameras revealed it was actually one of them in a bear costume. Song suggestions please for Wednesday's 'How Very A'news'ing' feature?

Who is the odd one out below? Who is just odd? Well, it's a stunning line up of musical birthdays tomorrow. Three are pictured, can you name them? Chris Burness (top left) however isn't celebrating a birthday, but he is celebrating a release of his first recording off his forthcoming album, so we'll give that a play. In Whodunnit? one of the birthday boys below gets a song of his covered by a lady.

Hello! The Thursday night slot isn’t really working out for me in recent weeks so I won’t be on air tonight either! I WILL be back next Thursday (19th) for a Christmas show of epic proportions featuring a few of the best alternative Christmas music suggested to me over the years of doing the show. Feel free to add any suggestions in the comments.
