💥 Fun at pre-school 💥

The children have enjoyed spending lots of time in the garden playing with the water, chalking on the floor and looking for bugs in the mud 🎀

As part of Autism Awareness Week we have celebrated by colouring pictures and talking to our children about how each of us is unique and special in our own way 💚💛❤🧡💙💜

🐣 Our week at pre-school 🐣

This week our children have enjoyed lots of different Easter crafts, each day they have had the opportunity to create a Easter creation to take home 🐣

We have done pom pom egg painting, egg face masks, cotton wool sheep and Easter basket stamps and collage 🐣

🐸 World Frog Day 🐸

Today we will be celebrating World frog day with our children - we will be learning all about amphibians and their habitats 🐸

We will be making frogs out of play dough, decorating frog pictures and playing with from creatures in the tough tray 🐸

🔴 Red Nose Day Festival 2023 🔴

On Friday we had a red nose day festival with our children.. we had toys on the floor, tents, shaving foam and decorated cupcakes for our cake sale 🙂

Today we have celebrated World book day by wearing our pyjamas and reading our favourite books with the children that they have brang in to share with us 🎀

This week we have enjoyed exploring a farm tuff tray in the garden, riding the coupe cars, joining in with sticky kids dances, story CDs, wooden blocks, painting and much more 🙂

We even celebrated St Davids Day by wearing yellow 💛

🐰 The year of the Rabbit🐰

Our children making bunny hats, Chinese lanterns and colouring Chinese New year pictures to celebrate Chinese New year 😀

Our children enjoyed exploring the block of ice 🧊

We taught them how ice was made and what makes it melt, the children used forks to dig the ice to make it crack 🧊

The children then tried to make their own ice by leaving water out over night to freeze, sadly this didn't work!

Thank you so much to everyone who attended this morning. As I mentioned this morning the children done such a fantastic job which is due to all the hard work and dedication of our wonderful teachers, thank you so much ladies🥰

A massive thank you to Gemma Edwards, Julia Merritt and Amanda Vickers, our wonderful committee for making the raffle happen!

Special shout out to Joanne Ruffle for her massive contribution from her own business × Jojo's Sweets and Gifts .We really wouldn’t have had half the gifts without your kind and generous donations, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

And finally a huge thank you to you, all our parents/ carers and your families who bought raffle tickets. Thanks to you we think we raised the most money we ever have this year which is fantastic!!

Remembrance day 2022

Today our children took part in the 2 minutes silence for remembrance day

We spoke about what remembrance day is about and why we do the 2 minutes silence

Our children also painted pictures of poppy's 🙂

We enjoyed different halloween activities at preschool 🎃

We had Halloween colouring, playdough with skeleton playdough mats, gooey messy play with eye balls and spiders and a spider web for children to pick up the lentils 🕷 🎃

Our children also enjoyed decorating biscuits and making light up milk bottle ghosts 👻
