Welcome to another episode of The Punk and The Godfather Music Podcast! And this week don't be alarmed, we are not angry, we are in our happy place, well Cameron is anyway, that's right! Most people to cheer themselves might put on some ABBA or Hall & Oates but our resident punk in this episode assures us that we are talking about his happy band! BLACK FLAG! Join us as we talk about the history of this Hardcore Punk band who to this day still influence thousands of young punks!! From Greg Ginn's distinctive guitar playing to the poetry and performance of Henry Rollins it's hard to find another band who just bought the anger and frustration to the masses in the same way Black Flag did!

From their beginnings in Britain's explosive punk scene in the late 70s to their avenue's into reggae, new wave, dub and even pop, The Clash are one of the most infectious bands of all time and we find it impossible to not at least like one song from them! It's understandably our longest episode yet and it has Cameron all excited as he puts his punk history to the test! Featuring songs from their albums London Calling, Combat Rock and Give 'Em Enough Rope. And as always we end with our top 5 from the band.
