I,Lazarus’ music is a truly cathartic one, an artist originally from the Devon area has released his latest single ‘Seventh Axium’.
It’ll be sure to provoke a strong reaction, with the screaming vocals and distorted guitar, it takes the listener to somewhere that demonstrates an extremely dark place.
has a sound with a hint of Nine Inch Nails and particularly Trent Reznor’s signature style. It is an especially heavy listen, still leaning to a sense of math rock.

‘Seventh Axium’ is the first release of 2022 for this artist and we’re eager to hear what’s next, as his past releases have been an equally wild ride of chaotic emotions.

It's been far too long since we've had a dedicated website for - I've now set up a site, that's predominantly for reviews and interviews, which will all be shown directly on the home page.

The first blog is a bit of a catch-up, briefly talking about the first band I covered for Uncovered back in November 2018 . certainly were a brilliant place to start, with the support from and Silver Town.

Despite my ill health, I certainly look forward to developing Exeter Uncovered 2.0, for now starting with the website. It's a wonderful positive focus.

Thank you for all your continued support. 💙

Welcome to Exeter Uncovered

Exeter Uncovered is a brand new local music magazine that covers everything from live reviews to full comprehensive gig listings to album reviews and everything in between; giving a full look at the Exeter music scene.

We’re incredibly passionate about Exeter Uncovered and have truly put our heart and soul into creating the first issue, which is out Wednesday 20th February. It’s an all-encompassing look at the fantastic music scene here in this great city.

We absolutely can’t wait to share Issue 1 with the world (as I’m typing this, release day is 2 days away), it’s amazing seeing this project come to fruition over the past 6 months. We’re also very much looking forward to developing Exeter Uncovered and connecting with the local music scene even more so and to really bring the wonderfully diverse Exeter music community together.
