Notes before watching:
1. I've studied politics since my teens, more than 30 years
2. I've always been neutral
3. I respect everyone's voting choice (that's democracy!)
4. I always look for the party that is most likely to deliver improvements to the largest number of people, based on leadership strength, team strength, unity and policy realism.
My goal is a home for everyone. Politics is housing is the economy.

The 3 types of Over-Valuing Agent (and why they do it)
All my links: https://linktr.ee/movinghomewithcharlie
3 Kinds of Overvaluing Agents:
1. Deliberate, strategic, intentional over-valuing where it forms part of a successful business strategy, only made possible when agents have massive referral income fees from other sources such as financial and legal services. (Because they don't sell many of the homes they list).
2. Reluctant but unavoidable overvaluing by agents who know they're doing it, wish they didn't have to, but have no option if they want to stay in business. Even good agents are forced to participate in this.
3. Incompetent/ignorant overvaluing. These are often nice people who got into agency because they thought selling homes is easy, just pop them on the internet and wait for a buyer.
