A couple of photos from a recent installation for a customer of a new super slim 75” 8K TV with a flush mounting bracket and surround sound system. All cables hidden within the wall and control box and media equipment installed in the wall unit which we also fitted.

We then located the 65” TV and sound bar into the kitchen again will all cables concealed.

Pre install configuration carried out on this Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system. This allows us to ensure the install runs as smooth as possible and meaning we then need less time onsite during the installation. Therefore providing a more efficient and less disruptive install for the client.

As always this network is remotely managed from our very own cloud controller meaning if the client requires any changes to configuration we don’t need to make a site visit.

Another project completed this week, this job consisted of installing:

- Full Hikvision ColorVu CCTV system with coverage all around the property with remote access 24/7

- 4G Mobile Broadband with external Poynting antenna achieving speeds of up to 30mbps a huge improvement over the old BT line of around 2-3mbps

- Ubiquiti Wi-Fi access points located throughout the property via cloud management

- Ethernet cable ran to each TV point for a complete hardwired media system also allowing future upgrades

- Full TV distribution system with aerial and satellite

- Wall mounted each TV inc a specialist TV designed specifically for the bathroom that is installed within the wall to give a sleek finish inc waterproof remote

- Sonos amp with 4x 8” speakers flush mounted in the ceiling that can run any audio displayed on the TV or music casted from a mobile device

- Complete alarm system with mobile app that can be used anywhere to arm/disarm the system and will notify you if the alarm activates

- centralized media cabinet housing all the equipment

Friday evening was the final handover, to the client, on our Sandsend project. This has been a great project to be involved with from the very start. The property had undergone extensive work with the end result being outstanding. 👌

On this project we have:
- Designed and installed a full WiFi system using Ubiquiti access points on all levels of the property for optimum coverage, including the summer house at the top of the garden, as well as network points in every room.

- Installed a full Hikvision cctv system covering the complete property with alerts direct the the clients phones.

- To complement the cameras we also installed 2 Hikvision intercoms on the outside of the property with video and 2 way audio. The intercom that has been installed next to the main gate is also integrated to the motor of the gate allowing remote opening and closing.

Little job from yesterday for a local plumbing firm who were moving units. We removed their old server cabinet and relocated it into a dedicated room in their new office.

During the move we took the opportunity to tidy up the system which had become a bit of a mess over the years. We installed a dedicated power distribution unit that neatly mounts to the rack itself, this removed the need for all the old extension leads previously been used. New shorter patch leads were installed, to keep excess cabling to a minimum, with colour coding for easy identification between data and the smartcomms phone system.

This week we completed and handed over another farm, this job consisted of 3 parts in total.

Firstly we installed a Starlink internet system providing downloads speeds of up to 200mbps a vast upgrade from the 2-4mbps they were previously receiving.

We then supplied and installed Wi-Fi access points in each of the properties using Ubiquiti equipment all remotely managed.

The final part was the installation of some CCTV. We have installed 3 PTZ cameras in total. Two covering outside and one situated inside the calving shed in the middle at roof height this allows us to pan 360 degrees and some into each of the 4 bays all from the one camera.

We used Hikvision’s new TandemVu camera this is a dual unit with a fixed camera at the top which we have covering the main entrance whilst the bottom ptz camera can cover the yard and sheds with presets installed allowing easy use to view each location or can be manually controlled to look in any direction you like. We have then programmed the unit to return to a set location after 30seconds of inactivity.

This is a project we had the pleasure of been involved with from the very start to supply these 6 lodges with TV and WiFi.
Armoured cabling was installed underground to each lodge all routed back to a cabinet off site for easy maintenance. We then cables each lodge during the 1st fix electrics so all cables are completely hidden within the walls. The Wi-Fi system is remotely manageable and each lodge has its own unique Wi-Fi name and password keeping them all completely separate once again using Ubiquiti products. A little addition of 3 extra PTZ cameras for an existing customer. These cameras can be moved to look in any direction as well as zoom in and out direct from your phone or tablet. These cameras have all been mounted in the sheds allowing the staff to keep an eye on livestock especially helpful during calving and lambing season.

A great end to the week completing this farm project. We have been working on-site in stages over the last few months.

A 10 camera Hikvision system has been installed offering 24/7 viewing & recording of all the sheds, yards and entrances over the entire site all made possible using Ubiquiti wireless point to point equipment for data transmission as cabling was not an option.

We also used the new 180 degree camera on one shed which allowed full coverage over a very large yard. This camera has 2 lens and seamlessly stitches the image together generating excellent results.

All the equipment leads back to the new office where we have installed a data cabinet housing the cctv recorder and network equipment. Each desk has been cabled with internet and phone points along with full WiFi coverage.

We have installed a dedicated Hikvision monitor in the office which has been set up to scroll through all cameras after a set period of time. We have also mounted a 55” TV which can be used to view the cctv, connection of computers for presentations and Sky TV.

Another project completed and handed over this week which has been a pleasure to work on.

The property has just undergone an extension to the rear creating an incredible kitchen / living area in which this media room has been built.

We have wall mounted a 85 inch OLED TV that’s sits within a recess in the wall so it’s final appearance is completely flush, this is paired with a Sonos soundbar and amp driving 2 ceiling speakers for immersive sound.

We also installed a completely new network and WiFi system using access points mounted on the ceilings through the property giving full coverage in any room. Aswell as hardwired data points to each TV in the property.

Due to the properties rural location the customer hasn’t had a reliable internet connection for the last 6 years with speeds averaging around 1mbps we have now installed a Starlink system and providing the property with over 200mbps.

All equipment has been housed in a coms cab within a hidden utility room accessible from a cupboard in the kitchen.

A recent commercial CCTV install for Yorkshire Flapjack at their new unit.

Full coverage externally covering all doors and delivery bays with cameras also mounted internally to cover all areas of the unit and rooms within.

As always all cables have been hidden and full mobile viewing available if away from the premises.

We had fantastic results from a Starlink internet install last week on a rural farm that has suffered for years with very poor broadband via the phone line.

We mounted the Starlink dish to a central building on the farm and hardwired 3 different properties via underground ducts enabling them all to benefit from the full speeds they now have access too. 👌

To provide a reliable WiFi coverage and make full use of the fast internet now available within the 3 properties we have once again used Ubiquiti access points and provided each building with there own WiFi network and password keeping each property separate. This system
Can also be remotely managed, upgraded and any additions made from anywhere which can save future visits should the client require any changes to the system.

We haven’t managed to get much posted recently due to being super busy on several projects in the run up to Christmas 🎄. However, in between all of the madness we were able wall mount a couple of TV’s, for a client, this week to complete a stunning renovation of a Victorian property. The TV in the lounge was the last piece to go in and we think it certainly finishes the room off 👌

9 camera farm cctv installation completed covering outside yards, access roads and internal sheds. This system has the recorder placed in the house with the cameras spread over 3 different buildings all connected using Ubiquiti wireless bridges.

As always 24/7 recording with full remote viewing on mobile devices.

A few photos of a recent security system installed for a local equestrian centre. We have installed multiple cameras overlooking the yards, stables and access roads giving full coverage with recording 24/7 and access anytime from a mobile device.

We have also installed 2 alarm systems within the buildings for added protection of assets 👍

The media wall is now complete 🙌
All cables and equipment hidden behind the walls and TV. We have also installed seemless led strip lighting to surround the TV and shine down over the fireplace.

The TV is mounted on a pull out wall bracket allowing access to all the devices mounted behind but gives us a nice flush fitted look when pushed back in place.

The space has been made larger to perfectly fit a new bigger TV that is on order.

Another Hikvision intercom completed today, here we have installed a single villa station consisting of a camera, call button and key fob reader all in one unit.

This allows the owners of the site to view the camera at any time from their mobile and if someone presses the call button it will call the owner with 2 way audio and view of the camera.

We have also connected this system to the electric gate giving the site owner remote operation of the electric gates

Each cottage has a key fob attached to the door key allowing easy access without having to remember numbered codes

This system can be used in residential, commercial and even agricultural settings.

These Ajax fire alarms can be installed as a standalone unit or they can also be integrated to an existing Ajax alarm system.

Not only do these detect smoke / particles in the air they also monitor for a sudden rise in temperature. They also come available with a built in carbon oxide sensor for extra piece of mind perfect for installation near any bedroom etc.

Another job completed and handed over to the client 👍 This one was a Hikvision IP video intercom system for 7 new apartments. 🏙

Each apartment has its own 7” colour touchscreen allowing the tenant to view the front door camera at any time and answer any calls with full video and 2 way talk. They can also unlock the door magnet from this screen allowing the visitor entry to the building.

Outside we installed the 7 call button intercom unit, which includes a camera and finally a fob/card reader.

On top of the above we installed a push to exit button with a 15 seconds delay along with an emergency fire exit button. 🔥

This system can be used in residential, commercial and even agricultural settings.

A recently completed install for a building renovation now housing 7 apartments. This communal system allows the residents to have access to digital tv, freesat or sky without the need for cables, aerials or dishes fitted to each individual apartment, which can look very untidy 👌

Each cable has been individually labeled allowing any future work / upgrades to be carried out with ease and will save hours of mapping cables 🙌

A recent installation combining a Hikvision CCTV system working alongside an AJAX Alarm. AJAX is great alarm system that is fully wireless and has great battery life that lasts for years. It is also fully manageable and can be controlled direct from your mobile, tablet or PC 🙌

We can tailor each of these systems to your specific requirements. 👌

We also used a wireless link between this workshop and main building allowing the transmission of cameras and full internet access in the workshop as routing a cable wasn’t a viable option.

A further 2 Hikvision 4MP PTZ cameras with 25x optical zoom and 100m IR nightvision installed this week on a local farm 👌

All made possible by using Ubiquiti Inc wireless point to point links allowing a connection between buildings where routing a cable isn’t an option.

PTZ stands for pan, tilt and zoom allowing you to move the camera to any position and zoom in or out as required which allows you to cover numerous points all with just 1 camera.

This wall mounted TV looks super slick here using an ultra slim bracket which means the TV sits only 14mm off the wall! 👌
Love the way we were able to hide all of the cables and equipment here but still very much accessible for the customer!

We have been super busy these last few weeks replacing and fixing aerials that had suffered damage from the bad weather we have had recently so not had much time to post photos of recent work 💨 🌧

Although we do have lots of upcoming jobs involving TV, Satellite, WiFi and CCTV so keep an eye out 👀
