Top Tip Tuesday: Zesting with a Grater

Want to get the perfect zest for your recipes without making a mess? Here’s a quick and easy trick that’ll save you time and effort!

1️⃣ Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on your worktop.
2️⃣ Hold your grater at an angle over the paper.
3️⃣ Gently rub the citrus fruit (orange, lemon, lime—you name it!) against the fine side of the grater.
4️⃣ The zest will fall neatly onto the greaseproof paper, ready for you to scoop up and sprinkle into your recipe!

This little hack keeps your worktop clean and ensures no precious zest goes to waste. Perfect for adding a zingy touch to cakes, salads, or marinades. 🍊✨
