The difference here is unbelievable!! This weight loss journey has had a lot of highs and lows but in my lowest moments I look back at pictures like the one on the left and it helps give me the motivation to keep going. I’m still a long way off my ultimate goal but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come ❤️✨

Big changes are happening 💪😍❤️

I never in my life imagined I would ever post a picture like my ‘before’ one, but I can’t help it when the difference is this big!! I don’t say this very often but I am super proud of myself! I have battled with my weight for a long time and it has taken some amount of dedication to get my head in the right place but I’ve finally done it! Still got a long way to go but super proud of the progress so far!!
