I finally Graduated🎉🎓

Seven years, a Diploma, an Honours Degree, and a Master’s Degree later. I’m officially done! I’ve finally graduated and closed my amazing yet challenging chapter at the University of Dundee.

I honestly cannot put into words how much I appreciate the love and support from my friends, family, and loved ones throughout my student journey. There was so much blood, sweat, and tears poured into my studies, especially the projects and designs focused on improving healthcare and creating solutions for people with disabilities. Every bit of your motivation has pushed me forward and truly made me the powerhouse I am today.

The next chapter is completely mine to write, and I am so ready. I can’t wait to jump straight into the deep end and finally take everything I’ve worked so incredibly hard for! Thank you all.🩷🎓🎉

Graduation Cap DIY👩‍🎨🧶

FOR MY GRADUATION OF MY MASTERS DEGREE. I WANTED TO CREATE A GRADUATION CAP BASED ON MY CHILDHOOD FAVOURITE FILM HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, WITH THE IMFAMOUS SHARPAY EVANS GRAD CAP.
FOR THIS PROJECT, I WENT THROUGH TWO TUBES OF FABRIC GLUE, SIX PACKS OF THOUSANDS OF RHINESTONES AND A DREAM.

WELL, THIS PROJECT TOOK ROUGHLY TWO WHOLE WEEKS TO COMPLETE. WHICH WAS WAY LONGER THAN I ANTICIPATED.

ALTHOUGH I MUST ADMIT, IT LOOKS INCREDIBLE.

SidebySide Presentation🎙️

For another part of the Independent Studio Project deadline, You were required to submit and present a detailed presentation on our design process and how we got to our final outcomes.

The presentations were to last fifteen to twenty minutes long including our two minute video in this.

After presentations, Some of the class also had to present this to the External Examiner at Djcad.

This presentation was the perfect bow to tie our projects in. To finish of the Masters degree & prep for the degree show.

For another part of the Independent Studio Project deadline, You were required to submit a two minute Video to show off our final projects.

I decided to take an advertising route and share the ins and outs of my project SidebySide, with information on whats included within the exercise videos, website and Subscription Box.

The Showcase will be live and available to preview in the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design Level one Reception. From the 23rd of August till the 30th of August.

Through gentle, joint-friendly exercises built for singular and duo exercises, empathy-building activities, and tools for connection, SidebySide helps individuals move with more ease and feel less alone in their journey
