There have been so many moments in the last decade where my inner flame has gone out & at every one of those moments this diamond has been there to listen, drink tea or just be a HUGE support of which I will always be thankful for. 💕

Sometimes you can have so many areas of your life which are compartmentalised because others won't really 'get it' or some friends just won't be able to handle the complexity and that's not a bad thing.🗃

Sometimes our dreams, goals, attempts, relationships, ideas, thoughts or beliefs are safer with few than with many. 💭

But when you find your humans who can handle it all and still love you. Well that's a BIG win 👏

When you have zoom conference calls and you're changing diapers, making toddler lunches, smell like sour milk and you're still wearing pyjama trousers. Yup, sometimes we live two different lives!

To all those parents juggling jobs, your house, chores, relationships, friendships and more. I feel you!

It's easy to feel overwhelmed by it all. But just want to encourage you and say you've got this and you can be all that you are.......mom, business woman, friend and wife! 😘

Why is my two year old nearly my size???? What's happening???? 😩 I can't believe how big Ezra is getting and nearly about to start nursary soon too.

Today was filled with lots of fun, cuddles, slow dancing in the kitchen, being attacked before bedtime, snuggles and a dinosaur book. Want to treasure these moments forever 💙

Think I found my happy space.😊

This week I had the pleasure of visiting Ziferblat in Coventry. I had seen (before Covid-19 shook our worlds) that one would be opening in the city and I couldn't be more excited.

There was such a homely welcoming aesthetic as I entered the doors and the great thing about Ziferblat is that you pay for time, not drinks or snacks.

I grabbed a little spot by the window and enjoyed a lavender infused cappuccino (barista prepared) and a few chocolate digestives whilst soft instrumental music played in the background (which always helps me to focus on my work).

Genuinely was able to reply to a backlog of emails / messages and make some good calls and ended my session with a lemon infused pot of tea.

The space is perfect for creatives, small business owners, students or to just read a good book and forget about this strange world we're living in at the moment. (Hygiene is taken seriously there too)

Love seeing these two adventure together. Ezra' s getting to that age now where he's genuinely finding mommy and daddy funny. 😂
Pretend to chase him and you get a fit of giggles which makes my heart want to burst! But he's also at that age where staying indoors isn't always in his schedule or plan for the day!
