At the start of the week, I asked you all for advice and recommendations on what you do to help / look after your immune system.

Most of you said

I reached out to a lady called who owns and I was completely blown away with her knowledge. I told Oonagh what was wrong, I suffer from IBS, Anxiety, Stress & I’m always run down. Oonagh was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She kindly sent me everything I needed to help my body. I feel more aware and educated as to what I need to take every day to help better my immune system, mental health and over all health!
