Dear Members,

How apt that on the birthday of Ruby Ginner M.B.E. who would have been 132 years old today that I remind you that we have a Classical Greek teachers lecture this Sunday. The lecture/training will be given by Mrs Mauren Jeffrey and will be split into three levels to suit all members.

11am – 12.30pm: Level 1
12.30pm – 1.00pm: Lunch
1pm – 2.30pm : Level 2
2.30pm – 3.30pm: Level 3

All IDTA teacher members are free of charge. IDTA student teachers are more than welcome at cost of £5 per student.
Coffee and tea will be provided on the day but please bring your own packed lunch.

We do have a small car park that you are more than welcome to use, however, there is an industrial site on the opposite side of Victoria Road to our premises, you can park here for free. There is also a free car park about a 2 minute walk from the dance school (Blind Lane).

Our NW members were once again treated to an excellent lecture by IDTA Examiner and Ballet Committee member Lynda Cardwell. Miss Lynda recapped the new Advanced Two Ballet syllabus in detail and as always give valuable teaching tips and advice.
A big thank you to the students and teachers who worked so hard on the dance floor all day, lovely to see such a high standard in our area.
Wonderful day with brilliant dancing 😀

10.00am – 11.00am Area Meeting (all members welcome)
11.00am – 1.00pm Advanced 2 Ballet New Syllabus (Continuation from previous meeting) Members Free, Student Teachers £5
1.00pm – 1.30pm Lunch Break
1.30pm – 3.30pm We would like to invite students dancing at this level to attend a class with Miss Lynda Cardwell with teacher observation (£5 per student). Could any teachers hoping to bring students to attend the class let me know asap to allow Miss Lynda to plan. We would also like to invite teachers to post any questions/queries they have.
