Feedback from a couple of weeks ago

I just want to say thank you so much again for stepping in and rescuing us and my 50th birthday party at the last minute after the band we had booked had a key member taken into hospital. You responded quickly to a request/cry for help on Facebook and called us straight away to to discuss our requirements and confirm our booking. You asked for details about the party and any favourite tunes/bands I might like played and took all of them on board. You created a fabulous party atmosphere for my birthday that was appropriate for my range of guests who were aged between 4 and 87! On the day you arrived early to set up and were as professional in person as you were on the phone. Your equipment looked brilliant and your set up very smart. You played a great range of tunes and got the ‘party atmosphere’ going from the outset.
Everyone had an absolute ball and I have had so many comments saying how fantastic the night was, the music choices and range, and as my lovely friend put it - just enough interaction so as not to be annoying (that’s a good thing) 😆
You made sure we were all having a great time throughout the evening and created some real fun and laughter with everyone in the room.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you to anyone wanting a DJ and if we have another party in the future, you will be the first person I contact.
Thank you again for everything you did from saving our bacon on Monday (and the great radio shout out - my first ever!) to delivering the best party on Saturday.
Hi lovely, I’m good thank you… been working in London today so only just catching up!
My feedback for the DJ is superb! But a few key points also below:
He engaged us from the start of the party to the end
Loved the way he interacted with us all and gave us warnings of the challenges or when things would happen
He made us all feel special by reminding us of the reason why certain records were made
I’ve not come across a better DJ… and would highly recommend him ###

Hello!

It's been a little while since we last sent something out, but we are now back with a sublime double sider from the UK's queen of disco and soul - ANIA GARVEY!
Hailing from Bahamas, she's now residing in the Big Smoke and is delivering quality music for all of our enjoyment.

The A side holds an amazing new tune called "Good Love" which was created by Ania together with Metro Beatz out of southern Florida.
For the flip we have secured the top track from 2019 - "Let's Feel Good", which is remixed by no one less than the legend himself - John Morales!

The shiny vinyl 7" is at press right now and is expected within a few weeks.

Lee DJ'd our wedding at the beginning of August and we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was so kind and funny, but not only that - he played absolute tunes from start to finish meaning everybody was up dancing of every generation and we have some incredible and hilarious memories made on that dance floor. Thanks to Lee and the Applewood team, our wedding was exactly what we wanted and we had the best day.
