we have had new inspection and are at 3 star rating. we could of had 5 star rating but because I had thrown away the box for the burgers. and couldnt provide the ingredients if a customer asked. and the kitchen window had bear wood showing. so once these two factors have been rectifide. we can have anouther inspection. witch will take us up two a five star rating.

we will be broadcasting live at the beginning of September. so people can see food being made from the start to when it leaves our shop.

due to the low amount of walk ins, in the middle of September when our new food rating is given.we will be only available via just eat and our Google website. also our own website witch I am in the process of building. so you will still be able to enjoy our American food

WOULD LIKE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT OUR FOOD RATING IS @1 THERE WAS A WATER PROBLEM ON THE INSPECTION DAY WITCH WAS FIXED. THE COUNCIL THEN CAME OUT INSPECTED AND TAKEN PHOTOS OF THE REPAIR AND WORK DONE. AND THEN EXPLAINED THAT THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE FOOD RATING AS I HAVE TO WAIT 3 MONTHS. BUT ALL PAPERWORK SIGNED BY THE COUNCIL IS AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE TO SEE IN OUR BETTER FOOD BETTER BUSINESS FOOD DIARY. WITCH ALL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS HAVE TO HAVE.
