🚧🚦Roadworks information for next week, commencing 17th February - Please don't shoot the messenger! 😩

⛔️ Perryfields Road and Albert Road remain closed for drainage works and communications works respectively.

⛔️ VICTORIA ROAD | 17th-20th Feb - Road closed whilst works are carried out by Severn Trent at the Birmingham Road end.

🚧 A reminder of the lane closure on New Road between Bant Mill Road and the A38 along with the new temporary traffic signals and change to the signal phases. These may cause delays at peak times so please allow extra time.

🚦BIRMINGHAM ROAD | 21st Feb - 4 way temporary traffic lights will be in place at the mini roundabout with All Saints Road and Burcot Lane whilst works are carried out by Severn Trent.

🚦A38 BIRMINGHAM ROAD | 17th-19th Feb - Temporary traffic lights will be in place near to School Lane whilst works are carried out by Severn Trent.

⛔️ BARLEY MOW LANE, CATSHILL | 18th-22st Feb - Road closed between Haynes Close and Oak Road whilst works are carried out by Severn Trent.

🚦 STOURBRIDGE ROAD | 17th-21st February - Temporary traffic lights will be in place near to the Sanders View development whilst works are carried out by Openreach.

🚦NEW ROAD/ WINDSOR STREET | 23rd Feb - Temporary traffic lights will be in place at the junction of New Road and Windsor Street whilst works are carried out to install bollards to stop vehicles mounting the footway.

🚦 PERRYFIELDS ROAD | 19th Feb - Temporary traffic lights will be in place between Kidderminster Road and the Orchards School whilst works are carried out by Openreach.

🛑🟢 WHITFORD ROAD | 19th Feb - Stop/ Go boards will be in operation between Deansway and Timberhonger Lane whilst remedial works are carried out.

🚦ROCK HILL | 17th Feb - 3 way temporary traffic lights will be in place at the junction of Rock Hill and Fox Lane whilst works are carried out by Severn Trent.

🚦A448 FOXLYDIATE JUNCTION | 17th Feb - Temporary traffic lights will be in place on the overbridge at the Foxlydiate Junction whilst electricity works are carried out.

🚦 A38 WORCESTER ROAD | 17th Feb - Temporary traffic lights will be in place at the junction of Chateau Impney whilst works are carried out to replace a damaged lighting column.

🚦A491 SANDY LANE | 17th-19th Feb (overnight works) - Temporary traffic lights will be in place near to the Lydiate Ash Roundabout at M5 J4 whilst works are carried out by National Highways. These works will be carried out overnight between 9pm and 6am.

⛔️ HOLY CROSS LANE, BELBROUGHTON | 17th-19th Feb - Road closed between Yew Tree Avenue and Belbroughton Road whilst works are carried out by Cadent.

Sad news…Melt has been a superb addition to Bromsgrove’s excellent hospitality scene.
It is also a precautionary tale for us all as consumers to not take businesses for granted and try and support the independents as well as the Nationals.
