Broadstairs Television was an initiative being developed as an Online Channel, with the ultimate purpose of featuring and promoting local people, businesses, services, organisations and events, located in the Thanet area of England, UK. Unfortunately the project was abruptly interrupted and closed (in November 2021), as a direct result of the actions of Broadstairs Town Council.

Broadstairs Television is an Online Channel, featuring and promoting local people, businesses, services, organisations and events, located in the Thanet area of England, UK. Broadstairs Television will benefit the following:
• People living locally, by informing them of the aforementioned.
• People thinking about visiting the area by informing them of the aforementioned.
• Anyone living afar, wanting to connect and learn about the abundance of history within the region.
• Local businesses, particularly creative and artistic individuals, wanting to promote themselves.
• Anyone living afar, wanting to make a purchase from local British businesses, particularly creative individuals, such as artists.
