In the process of distilling spirits (notably Armangnac and Scotch), where aging in the barrel separates parts of the water and alcohol by evaporation. In France, this is known as ‘part des anges’ ('the angel's tribute' or 'angel's share'); enhancing both aroma and flavour. The music released on this label takes a similar approach; taking seasoned and experienced musicians who excel in their craft
