(It is the worlds 2nd largest search engine after all) But when you see a high quality video given pride-of-place on someone’s website, only to hover over and see the owners dodgy username that they haven’t changed since 2007 📹 It can very much put you off. To avoid the Ire of both me, and more importantly your customers, use a video hosting platform like Wistia or Vimeo which will let you customise the presentation of your videos and give you access to useful features like analytics and tracking data. FIGHTING THE PANDEMIC... WITH PIZZA 🍕 Castello was started in 2013 by three friends who were passionate about Italian food 🇮🇹 When Covid-19 struck and they were told they had to shut their doors, they were devastated. After the shock wore off, they decided to pivot their business model and bring the passion of their cooking right to people’s doors. Historically, they had never offered a delivery service. We worked together with LeadKapture to help them get it off the ground and make sure they had the same success in the takeaway business as they had in their restaurants 📈 Gianni nominated himself to be the spokesperson for the brand. As soon as he started talking, we knew our job was going to be easy. We chose to make a short, multi-purpose, narrative-based video that takes the audience on the journey Gianni has been on his whole life 👨🏽‍🍳 The goal was to take some of Gianni’s infectious personality and inject it straight into the brand so that by the climax of the video, the audience is cheering for Castello. The video invites the prospective customer into Gianni’s reality in which they want him to succeed, and thus feel compelled to order. (It didn’t hurt that the food looks amazing) We challenge anyone not to be rooting for the guys by the end of the video.
