Yatuza, also known as Emanuel Durante, is a gifted artist whose journey was shaped by his cultural roots. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Yatuza's early exposure to the vibrant arts scene of his native country undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping his unique style. From a young age, Yatuza's passion for music ignited, and he quickly discovered his love for Drum & Bass. Fascinated by the subsonic frequencies and intricate drum breaks that define the genre, he embarked on a creative journey as a producer. In 2012, at the age of 16, Yatuza began crafting his own mesmerising Drum & Bass compositions, captivated by the genre's distinctiveness and sonic possibilities.

We are excited to welcome Yatuza back after the success of his Operator EP release last year. This time, he brings us his latest single, "Datastream/Caustic," which promises to light up the dance.

In "Datastream," Yatuza takes you on a journey with pulsating sounds, repetitive rhythms, and skillfully crafted drums, immersing you in a mesmerising sonic experience that feels otherworldly. On the other hand, "Caustic" explores a more minimal approach, delving deep into the spectrum with intricate textures and hypnotic rhythms. The result is an atmosphere that is both haunting and magnetically alluring.

Yatuza's unique talent for crafting sonic landscapes has earned him a prominent place in the Drum and Bass community. We are thrilled and honoured to have him back on the label for a second time.

Following on from the premiere yesterday, here we present another addition to the Roster -

Hailing from Salisbury, now residing in Bristol, Sudley has been honing his craft behind the scenes over the last 6 months - using the extra time in lockdown to discover his sound.

Often attempting to bridge the gap between minimal and liquid drum and bass, he enjoys vocal driven tracks with deep flavours.

With recent releases on Bowlcut Beats, Noxious Records and several Residencies in Bristol, Sudley is one to watch with a tonne of forthcoming material.

Thread is a Bristol-based producer who is rapidly establishing himself as a rising talent in drum and bass. From his ability to work in various corners of the D&B sound, to his incredibly clean mixdowns, there are many reasons to be excited about Thread's future. His productions ooze undeniable amounts of character and a sense of maturity that goes well beyond his years in the scene. He may still be in the early stages of his career, but he has already secured releases on labels such as Skankandbass, Riddim Records Onyx Recordings as well as support from big names in the scene including DJ Marky, Satl and Hyroglifics.

Welcoming new arrival hailing from the southwest of the UK, newcomer D&B/Electronic producer Will Horton AKA DreamSkape. He has been crafting a name for himself lately, with his first EP out last year and with lots of music loaded, he kicks 2021 off by merging forces with newly formed collective and label: Subconscious Audio. Bringing old skool rave soundscapes together with modern production techniques, if you’re a fan of distorted vocals, erie pads and rumbling bass then you'll like his latest addition ‘Nightshift Kru,’ on Subconscious.

Following on from yesterday’s premiere on Studio Drum and Bass, we’re introducing two new artists to the roster; Azrah & Kidsonic - who've come together to bring you "Substrate".

Azrah, a Bristol based producer and DJ who’s sound resonates deep into forbidden realms, hijacking the inner mind through vibrations and bassline science. His influences come from the likes of Alix Perez, Enei, Break and Mefjus, although his sound isn’t solely limited to the darker sonics. Azrah finished off 2020 strongly with releases from inHabit Recordings and Deep Within Recordings, and now part of the new and innovative collective, Subconscious Audio. He’s definitely one to watch this year

Isaiah Isaacs (A.K.A Kidsonic) started making music in 2012, due to some misfortune including the death of his grandmother and the hospitalisation of another family member. In 2016, he went on to college, where he studied and found his passion for Drum & Bass, testing the waters and learning each style to further better his craft.
He then went on to University, where he has had many opportunities including releasing on multiple record labels, including Strictly Deep DnB (Netherlands), Lost the Plot (Bristol, UK), Parallel Depth (Spain), and Forged Recordings (Sheffield, UK) just to name a few.

He has also had support from the likes of Sam Harris, Creatures, Missledz, Alex SLK, Virul, and more. If you’re fans of the Deep, Dark, Minimal, Atmospheric and sometimes melodic sounds of artists such as Arkaik, Amoss, Bredren, Creatures, Kyrist, Enei, QZB and Ill Truth, you’re sure going to love Kidsonic.
