Might

Might MIGHT is a series of events for anybody with an unrealised startup idea. MIGHT is all about power and possibility and meeting people where they are.

Innovative things are sometimes too small to register on the radar for government, or funders, or the media. Sometimes so small that they are only a tiny, neglected idea in the back of someone's head. But if you cluster together people with little innovative ideas, the clustering can help to magnify them. Making plans, moving them forward and then, sometimes, at the last moment deciding not to do

them. It's also a homage to the now defunct, but once unstoppable magazine of the same name (edited by Dave Eggers, godfather of cute community projects that have some depth and actually work). The first event will be called MIGHT 1 and will take place at the Green Door Store (Lower Goods Yard, Brighton Station) on Saturday 12th March 2011. Details of MIGHT 1 here:
