Hammad attributes the show's success with children, parents, and adults to its universal relatability, clever humor, and unique blend of animation styles (2D, 3D, CGI, live-action). The series turns everyday family situations into comedic moments, allowing viewers of all ages to see themselves in the characters.
To celebrate the new season, two major activations were launched:
IMG Worlds of Adventure Takeover: This event aimed to immerse families in Gumball's world. It featured a sneak peek of the new season, a giant coloring wall, character meet-and-greets, and exclusive merchandise, bringing together influencers and the public for a shared experience.
Dubai Autism Centre Partnership: Timed with Teacher's Day, this initiative focused on community impact. Students at the centre participated in an arts and crafts session to create appreciation cards for their teachers, aligning the brand with a message that is "deeply human and full of heart."
Hammad concludes that the show remains Cartoon Network's most beloved IP because it authentically captures life's quirks and encourages audiences to embrace their "weirdness," making it a timeless favorite.
