One thing about our little family is we will always and I mean ALWAYS find a way to be okay. .Say what you like about us but we are tenacious and resilient and we won’t be made to feel sad for long, we will stick together and pick ourselves up out of any situation. Yes we have bad times just like anyone else but we will try to see the positives in everything we do, the places we visit and the people we meet along the way. Sometimes, things don’t work out for the best but that is life! We will always change and move like flowing water to find the path that suits us as a family and not to suit anyone else.
We do social media to help others and to provide an honest opinion that we feel is respectful as possible. Sometimes good sometimes bad it’s not intended to offend nor promote anyone other than our own personal experiences
If you support us thank you that is great and we appreciate you and hope our socials help you and if you don’t that’s okay too!
This trip has been a rollercoaster of emotions for us all and whilst it hasn’t been a smooth ride we have enjoyed many things about the DR. The people, culture and glorious white sandy beaches, palm trees for days and the amazing weather we finally landed on our feet just before we leave and must say it’s turned out complete experience around. Would we come back? Absolutely! Part of the journey is having challenges along the way and that is us all over..
we are looking forward to our next chapter in 2025 with a new van and hopefully selling the other one… travelling much more and maybe getting a property or land somewhere who knows…. Life is for living and we intend to do it to the fullest 🩷 follow your heart xxRR

Our three little Rucks have ditched us in favour of kids club.. unbelievable! So what’s a parent to do? Head to the spa of course… treating ourselves for the first time to a couples massage, facial use of the hydro pool, Ice pools, sauna and steam room followed by Prosecco in the sun. We met some lush people who happened to have a birthday so any excuse 😂
Stu is now feeling better and we are on a strict diet of toast and fries until we get back!

We found paradise on earth! Beautiful Samoa island which famously filmed pirates of the Caribbean and you can see why they chose the location!
White sandy beaches, sea so clear you can watch sea life swim around your feet including starfish and stingrays, palm trees everywhere (my favourite) coconuts and hammocks what’s not to like?? We loved it.. a boat trip out and a catamaran sailing on he way back.
It was a long day but worth it to see this with our own eyes! Food and drinks included on the day too.

Just us 4 for breakfast and coffee as the man is struck down with food poisoning! If you are bored we are documenting our trip over on tik tok and all sorts of other content!

Happy Monday! We are having a beautiful one as we managed to escape the rain for a while! Sun, Sea and Sand, we took a long flight for this one but our next lot of travel we intend to be back in the van so once this is over we will be back at the build… .

This one surprised me to a date night … no kids for the first time in 8 years! We had such a laugh visiting Matt Rife in Cardiff and I’ve managed to pop a video out this morning… Charlie’s on form! Back to school for these beautiful people so enjoyed spending the holidays together in France and Belgium, now it’s back to reality and the middle is off to comp, the support they show each other makes the heart swell up. Have the best day rucks ###
