Mark fell for hospitality and its humans during his 2 year travels around Asia, Australasia and the Caribbean – a long time before he knew the industry would become his life’s adventure. Mark now has a little family of restaurants and a boutique hotel in Bournemouth, England (www.urbanguild.co.uk).
