Property Marketing 101: Photography/Video⚡️

Show everything. What do I mean by that?

1️⃣ Don’t avoid

Cracks? Dodgy Kitchen? Dark Room? Put it in your marketing details. It may sound counterintuitive, but if people are going to be put off by this, why waste the time tidying up for a viewing - or waste the viewers time?

2️⃣ Get multiple angles

We use a wide angle camera lense in order to get the whole room in the shot… but it can make the room look bigger than it is.

Counter this by getting MULTIPLE angles per room! Then and only then can you give the potential viewer a depth perception. Match that with good videography and their first viewing should feel like a second tour.
