Beauty and the Beast Pantomime Funny Girls Press and Media Launch 19-06-24
It was the Press and Media Launch at Funny Girls yesterday (19/06/24) for the NEW Gemini Entertainment family pantomime "Beauty and The Beast 🌹" for the October half term holiday.
Revealing an all-star cast headlined by Lytham “Traitor” Diane Carson (The Traitors) making her debut performance as the Evil Enchantress, Comedy genus Adam Moss as Louie V Ton, Mark Stuart- Wood (BGT) as Pam O’Chocolat, Johnny Wright (X-Factor) as Gaston, Miss CeCe D’Vyne (Funny Girls Leading Lady) as the fabulous Fairy Rose and introducing Sophie Rostron as Belle and Stephen Rostron as the Beast.
The Creative team includes Producer and Director Andrew Geater with dazzling choreography by Reese Oliver.
The family fun panto will premier in the iconic landmark Funny Girls theatre and it will be the first time the legendary venue has hosted a family show.
Running from Wednesday 23rd October to Sunday 27th October 2024.
There are two show times available with a 11am morning show and a 2.30pm afternoon matinee each day.

Basil Newby MBE owner of Funny Girls, opened the event and was joined by DJ Zoe, CeCe D’Vyne, Shirley Knot, Phoenix Knights and Indiana.
The exhibition is free entry and will be open for public viewing from Thursday 6th June until 12th June. 11am-4pm. so, drag yourself along!!👠💄💋
Blackpool Illuminations Venus Remixed
Had a quick visit last night to the Illuminations to see Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen's re-imagined water feature spectacular at South Beach.
I was asked by Blackpool Illuminations Lightworks, to film some footage of the fabulous DJ Zoe from Funny Girls to be featured on the video monitors which is being turned into a drag-themed sound and light show called Venus Remixed.
