Today I completed a 12-month review of the impact of the work I have done for a Worcestershire-based company. In 12 months, I have more than doubled their enquiry rate! Over 52% (and possibly more) of their new clients are as a direct result of the work I've done for them. I am so delighted for them!

The hot seat! I had church tech envy. Apparently I had excellent vocal levels! Now to wait to see the result at the next GSBE breakfast. It was good opportunity to reflect on the last year as I answered questions about how the pandemic had affected my business.
