I'm excited to share about the bake-off cake sale tomorrow to support Macmillan Cancer Support at Fairfield Leisure Centre Dartford. Contributing to this cause means so much to me, especially considering the incredible kindness and support they showed when my dad was in the hospital. It's a chance for me to give back and help others in need.💚
After not baking for six years, I was a bit nervous, but I realised how much I enjoyed it and found the process quite therapeutic. My vanilla cupcakes turned out quite well, especially given my hiatus from baking. We had a few staff tasters today, and the verdict was great. 😊
