This weekend, we had the pleasure of watching Niall McKenna from @waterman.house host an incredible “What’s it All About?” cookery demo as part of Belfast Restaurant Week! 🍴 He showed guests how to whip up some delicious recipes from his latest cookbook, including Guinness wheaten, gin-cured salmon, ham hock with mustard & cabbage, and to top it off—madeleines with chantilly cream and caramel sauce. 🤤
