On this episode of Mental Health Matter Show "Inclusivity" with the special guests Stephanie Garforth, Susan Popoola, Emma Kelly and Tre Ventour-Griffiths hosted by Dr Audrey Tang and Judith Crosier Presenter produced by Wellbeing Media Studio.

A slightly different format today – not just because we lost our greenscreen in the
studio! But…

We have four fabulous guest experts this week who each take a different approach to the topic of inclusivity. We know that diversity is important, but without actually listening and learning from different perspectives it isn’t enough.

Stephanie Garforth is a business psychologist whose own experience of moving countries as a child has taught her to embrace curiosity and difference.

Susan Popoola is a speaker and founder of A Mosaic World where inclusivity is at the fore – and that is as much about recognising the needs of the majority along with bringing in minorities.

Emma Kelly is a Yoga teacher and retreat leader as well as a researcher in African
Spirituality and she talks about the importance of respecting heritage in many of our
wellbeing practices.

Tre Ventour-Griffiths is a PhD researcher focusing on the stories of the Windrush generation in the broader communities such as Northampton – rather than London.

Such a pleasure to talk with Danny from Cyber Fortified alongside Dr Audrey Tang on last week's show at Wellbeing Media Studio - we certainly learnt that we were perhaps not managing our cyber health effectively, and were given tips for safe and secure online use.

Also a pleasure to learn from our resident experts Dr Meg Arroll, Sharon Lawton and John Goldwyn who provide different ways of thinking about everyday living.

Have you clicked on a link, given a password, or even played one of those 'get your (insert here) name' by using your mother's maiden name and street you grew up on...!!!?? There's no "victim type" anyone can be scammed, especially since we don't realise how exposed we are.
