Painted Norse Orc Star
Hi Everyone!
Our Norse Orc Kickstarter went live last Tuesday, and we hit our funding target within 1 hour, which was amazing! We have now smashed through all the initial stretch goals too, so we are busy working on some more! I managed to find some time yesterday to put some paint on one of those stretch goals, our Norse Orc star player Igor Ripgutsson. While I'm no brush Ninja, I thought he came out OK!

Hi Everyone,
With all the prep work on my upcoming Kickstarter campaign, I have completely forgotten to show the beautiful paint job on one of our N'Orc Blitzers, completed by the exceptionally talented Kuba at Studio Bart. I'm hoping to get Bart to paint a whole team of these guys, but for now, just drink in the detail on this guy :-)

I've been very quiet over the last few weeks as I've been away on my holidays, but that hasn't stopped our sculpting Trolls from beavering away at our upcoming Kickstarter releases - the Norse Orcs!
Callie has been busy finalising the sculpts for the N'orc beer Squigs, and I wanted to share them with you. I mean, who doesn't love a Squig? With beer?!! And slobber! Even a wee Viking beard :-)

Of Thrudball and Trolls
Hi Everyone,
We're just back from a weekend at Thrudball, which was an awesome affair! Well done to the whole Chaos Squad team for organising such a great weekend of Blood Bowl related fun and mayhem! (especially Dan, Steve, Alex, Lunchmoney, and Erik)
In between selling loads of minis and watching my Son play in his first tournament, I managed to get some paint on my Norse Troll-Yeti. Coming along nicely I think! Norse Orcs are coming!
Hi Everyone,
I'm really excited to let you all know that we will be launching a new Kickstarter Campaign circa September for our latest project - Norse Orcs!
The Norse Orcs will allow you to play 3 different Greenskin Teams (Blorcs, Orcs and Goblins) all with a Norse / Viking vibe. You'll also be able to play them as an Orc themed Norse team, complete with Valkyries, Ulfs and, most importantly of all, Beer Squigs!
I'll be posting updates here regularly as the campaign develops, but you can follow us and get a reminder on launch day here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/agemaminis/norse-orcs-northern-greenskins-for-fantasy-football

Agema (which comes from the Greek word for ‘Vanguard’ or ‘Elite’) was born out of my twin obsessions with ancient history and wargaming. I started wargaming as a small boy growing up on an Army base in West Germany. My father had a large collection of Rico plastic tanks and infantry which were used in Army training exercises, and from the day I was given some as an incentive to do my homework, I was hooked.
I collected Airfix 1/72 figures when we came back to the UK in 1978 (mostly ACW), and then got heavily into Fantasy gaming when by accident I was introduced to Dungeons & Dragons shortly thereafter. Warhammer was the natural progression from D&D and I have a substantial collection of Citadel & GW figures, bought and painted to support years of Fantasy Battle gaming. But Ancient History has always been my first love, and the 2 obsessions were destined to combine at some point!
In 2013 I decided to stop postponing the inevitable and launched Agema Miniatures with the objective of bringing gaming miniatures to tables everywhere that are as Historically accurate as possible, and hopefully a bit different from what can sometimes be ‘the wargamin norm’ or perceived convention.
