In addition to those two great original tracks, two remixes are yours to discover. For his techno side project, the track ‘‘Orbe’’ was remixed by the great Australian artist Peon, John Hassell’s (from Seekae) techno side project alias. Starting with uncompromising kicks to let the synth take the lead, this remix is a true melodic techno marvel, aerial, dancy, and memorable.

Dan Baber, another great Australian DJ and producer, with a 2-decade musical career, signs the remix of ‘‘Neo’’. Internationally known for his signature space jazz techno style, he offers a more downtempo and aerial journey on this track. Baber’s remix of ‘‘Neo’’ will put you in a sweet and trance-like musical state with heady vocals chanting, ‘‘we are all connected, like tides around the world’’.

‘‘Near Earth Object’’ is an EP that will enlighten your mind and delight your summer parties!

BonÏpso’s new EP ‘‘Near Earth Object’’ is an invitation to close your eyes, plunge into the deep recesses of your mind, and let the beat draw your imagination into a musical current. Mixing soft and raw sounds with retro wave synths and deep bass beats, the two original tracks that compose the EP are hypnotizing and uplifting. 👁️

‘‘Orbe’s’’ first track takes us to an ominous yet colorful spatial atmosphere. Heady synth layers echo samples of a catchy speech, resonating like voices from another time and universe. Melodious, this track will envelop you in its all- encompassing bassline.
The second track, ‘‘Neo’’, uses hypnotic vocals and mixes raw kicks, electric synth loops, melodic layers, and powerful drums. ‘‘Neo’’ takes us on a true journey to futuristic vistas! ✨

BonÏpso lights up our summer nights with his new EP ‘‘Near Earth Object’’ 🌐

Techno & house music producer, Bonïpso has been passionate about music from an early age. Based in Marseille (France), he first discovered electronic music when he was 15 and started digging for new releases to feed his craving for the perfect sound. At 25, he finally built a small home studio, composed his first tracks — mixing electronica, melodic house, and techno — and signed his first EPs on various labels. 🎶

Productive and successful, Bonïpso is a rising talent. ‘‘Introspection’’, his last EP, was released on the mythical ‘‘Feines Tier’’ label. Distributed by Kompakt Records, it reached the 4th and 3rd position of the TOP10 Electronica & Indie dance releases on Beatport in only a few days.
Bonïpso aims to create evocative tracks where the listener can let go and dance while navigating through a wide range of emotions, from sadness and melancholy to hope and happiness. ✨

You will find four different tracks included on this EP. The titular track « Boulevards » is all contrast and nuance — developing towards an epiphany of sound. It starts with a deep and intense beat, with cymbals leaving the listener in a trance-like state. Angelic voices haunt us and leave space for uncompromising, incisive synths. Between darkness and neon mental projections, this colorful track will bring everyone to the dancefloor! 💃🕺

The second, « Nadelhorn » keeps this intense rhythmic that leaves no rest to the listener. The artist borrows from Asiatic musical styles by using a plucked string instrument to keep the melody, creating a beautiful fantasy soundscape. The synths rings like an alarm over the city to warn it from a powerful drop, leading crescendo to a climax that will give you goosebumps! The artist shows his mastering of musical intensity in this very good and effective track. 🎵

In the third track, « President », the artist pulls us into a subaquatic atmosphere, plunging into the abyss of the soul. The melody makes us turn in circles, where we lose ourselves in beautiful and poetic piano interludes. Then the artist takes us further, through a journey of energizing drops and explosions of sound. 🔊

Last, but certainly not least, « Scarlet » is a true musical journey. At first, the track makes our minds wander, not knowing where the beat will lead, but we follow it, piqued by our curiosity. Its retro aspect develops into introspective, evocative, and aerial synths. The artist plays with our expectations and frustrations to deliver a remarkably successful finale to this incredible EP. 🔥

A Curiosity Music EP wouldn’t be complete without remixes. Pierre De Beirut is an NYC-based classically trained musician, producer, DJ and occasional film maker. Pierre’s remix of the titular track features his signature deep hypnotic beats, growling bass lines, futuristic organic elements, and soulful otherworldly vocals. Remixing the track ‘’Pyramid’’, he offers a more energetic version with contemplative violin layers and incisive sounds, a true nugget for the ear! 🌅

Jonny Cruz, from Puerto Rico, spoils us with a remix of ‘‘Te Henga’’. Involved in the electronic music scene from an early age, Cruz evolved from drum and bass to house and techno throughout the years. The first track and namesake of the EP, ‘‘Pyramid’’, is delicate and classy. Jayson pairs melodic synth chords with a heady and refreshing bass line. In ‘‘Te Henga’’, the second title, Jayson develops a percussive and transcendental atmosphere, where the tribal rhythmic beats and introspective vocals echo the warm and enveloping sounds. Three remixes complete this EP. Only 27 years old, Raphael Hofman is a Dutch producer based in Berlin who started DJing and organizing events at the age of 16. Know for his deep and dark soundscapes, surrounded by different rhythmic structures, he offers a dancey techno house remix of ‘‘Wood’’ that will leave no one unmoved. 💃🕺

On his side, Skøllaris spoils us with two wonderful remixes of ‘’Wood.’’ Skøllaris is a French producer sharing his life between Paris and Berlin. He has built a mesmerizing universe where the harmony of intense low frequencies and moving melodies tell an epic story. In his first remix, he takes us into the abyss with acid sounds and an unapologetic bassline. In the second remix, the Late-Night Mix, the artist reworked the track to make it a techno dancefloor banger, ready to burn down the house with brutal drops and a crazy bassline to match. 🔥

For our last release of the year, we are incredibly pleased to present Hélène Brahem’s EP ‘’Bird’’. For this EP, Hélène composed three original tracks, mixing melancholic and enveloping sounds paired with a dark and ominous atmosphere. The first track and namesake of the EP, ‘’Bird’’ starts slow and heady, then transitions into a colorful and contemplative universe, with melodic marimba lines running throughout. ‘‘Automn’’, the second track, offers trippy and vaporous synth layers balanced with sharp metallic sounds — transporting us to an intense meditative state. Last but not least, ‘’Wood’’ is the somber track that will push you headfirst into uncharted mental contemplations. Powerful crescendos lead to spatial drops, a myriad of sounds surrounds us, exciting our senses. This whole EP is an invitation to let go and be guided by the music. 🎶 🐦

Far from being a newcomer in the French electronic music scene, Hélène Brahem, who first evolved under the alias Babylene, has been a musician, DJ, and producer for more than 15 years. 🇫🇷

Hélène started her musical journey playing the harp for more than a decade and has been a rising talent since her inception. Recognizable by her musical style, Hélène is renowned for creating hypnotic sounds that are both melodic and energetic. Her first track ‘‘Airspace,’’ released in 2011 on MINIMALMINUTS, remained the label’s best-seller for months. She has also played in some of the best electro clubs in France like Batofar, Nouveau Casino, and BT59 to name a few. Her musical influences include the likes of UMEK, Bass Kleph, and Oliver Huntemann. 🎶
