Djoon's programming can be described as both forward thinking and firmly rooted in the history of the house music underground.

Borrowing its name from a Persian word that can be translated to "soul", Parisian house music temple Djoon has been tirelessly defending soulful music in it's largest sense for over a decade, bringing over emerging talents and timeless legends alike for the delight of its eclectic and forward thinking crowd. A shelter for dancers, as well as music lovers, the 1st club of Paris' 13th district, was

a first step in Paris for many artists, bringing artists such as Lil' Louis, Kerri Chandler, Black Coffee, Dixon, Âme, Levon Vincent, The Martinez Brothers to France (and sometimes Europe) for the very first time, and playing a key role in bringing the afro-house sound to the old continent. As such, The Djoon Experience is, more than a label night, a chance to experience the essence of Djoon, a musical expression of what the club always stood for : music with soul, under all forms.

By doing that, he keeps on challenging his audience which always ends up wanting more.
