[New Single Out Now]
Discover the first-ever recording of Ferdinando Bertoni’s “Mater cara, extremum vale,” performed by Adriana González. A glimpse into our upcoming album “Rondos for Adriana.”
This touching miniature, written for Bertoni’s 1781 oratorio Balthasar, takes us back to the early Venetian years of Adriana Ferrarese. Though a simple rondoncino, its expressive Cantabile sostenuto already hints at the future Mozart prima donna she would become.
