I was scrolling through linkedin and stumbled accross this promissing animation made by Shadrak Guichard-Foster. I thought I would remake the sound of it! Hope you'll like it!

This is not the first resound design I make for a Love Death and Robots’s episode and it’s probably not the last. I always get a lot of fun exploring the different universes the show has to offer, by recording, editing and mixing sounds.

Laurick and myself like to challenge ourselves in order to improve our sound design skills! This time, we decided to remake the sound of a 30 seconds cinema scene of our choice! Remake the sounds of this amazing scene from Batman was not an easy task but still, I loved it! Hope you'll like it!

Je me souviens être allé voir les Animaux Fantastiques 2 au cinéma, j'ai été choqué de la puissance que dégageait le son de cette scène sur le système DOLBY ATMOS de la salle. J’ai depuis gardé en tête de refaire un jour le montage-son ainsi que le sound-design de cette séquence à ma manière. Ce jour est venu, malheureusement le mixage n’a pu être réalisé qu’en stéréo mais c’est déjà ça! Bonne écoute :)

I remember the day I’ve seen the Fantastic Beasts 2 on the big screen. I was shocked by the power of the sound of this scene, stunned by what I’ve heard and feel from the DOLBY ATMOS system of the theater. Ever since, I kept in mind to reproduce the sound-editing and the sound-design of this sequence in my own way. This day has come, unfortunately the final mix is only in stereo but it’s already something! Enjoy :)
