F3DF came to us to create a human hand belonging to an astronaut that would be exhibited at an industry show in Lyon last winter.
We loved working on the project, using new technical means and getting ever closer to realism.

Stunt masks 🎭
Front and back of brand new masks we're currently working on.

They're not painted yet, but you can already guess the result !
Those masks are meant to be used by stuntwoman and stuntman to dopple comedians.

💥Another really cool collaboration betwenn and us !
Fred took care of the 3D scan and modeling of the comedians and supervised the printing of the masks.

We're now taking care of the hyperrealistic painting, the hook system and all the fittings.

A Midsummer Night's Dream - creation process 🎭

We've been ask by the to create a mask for the new Emmanuel Demarcy-Mota's play.
The mask was worn by one of the comedian on stage and had to fit his face almost like a prosthetics.

➡️ So we started the process with a cast of his face. Then we created the mould and the mask in latex.
The painting had to be very exaggerated compared to what we usually do for cinema, because of the intense lights on stage.

Few fittings later, and the mask was ready in two weeks !

TATTOO. ARTE BAJO LA PIEL 💥 Today is a big day for us !

We are very proud to finally show you the result of almost two years of collaboration with the museum of Quai Branly and HEY !.

➡ In 2022, we've been asked to create a new silicone piece for an itinerant exhibition called "Tattoo. Arte Bajo La Piel", which is currently at the CaixaForum of Palma, in Spain.

We were already following this exhibition since its very beginning in Paris in 2014, so we were all very happy to have the opportunity to work on it.

💥 But what we didn't know at the time was that the piece would be tattooed by Yann Black - Your Meat Is Mine ! A very committed and talented artist, whose work we had been following for a long time.

Back in 2022, we were still very focused on Cinebebe and Studio Junon didn't even exist.

This collaboration marks the beginning of our studio, as they were the first to entrust us with a project that, at the time, was outside our usual sphere of activity (fake babies and maternity).

The legend tells that Julie Jelly and Justine Ray Le Solliec left the meeting, sat down at a café and decided to launch Studio Junon right away.

So now you understand why sharing this is THAT important for us.

Raise your hand for the hand ✋

We've created this fake hand for an exhibition project that showed an astronaut printing him a new glove in 3d (yes you read well).

➡️ The mold has been 3d generated and printed by a french company called F3DF and sent to us so we could do the silicone part.

We also did the hyperrealistic painting and hair punching.
Hand was 1.5 scaled, a bit bigger than a real one and had to fit to the entire piece.

🙏 Whole project was handled by F3DF, huge thanks to them!

ON N'A PAS GAGNÉ ! 🏆
Mais on est tellement heureuses d'avoir été nommées !

La cérémonie de remise du Trophée César & Techniques c'était hier soir et on y était en équipe.

✊On est fières d'avoir représenté les effets spéciaux de plateau.
Fières d'avoir présenté un système d'accouchement sur un grand écran, devant toute une foule.
Fières de montrer la diversité, les corps des femmes, la maternité et les bébés. Fières d'en permettre une représentation plus juste.

Mais notre plus grande fierté, c'est quand même notre équipe 💜

Alors on n'a pas gagné, mais on a quand même gagné.
On était là et on a encore des paillettes dans les yeux... 🤩

Bravo à pour leur double victoire (Trophée et Prix Innovation). Bravo à tous les autres nommé'e's.

Académie des César, à l'année prochaine, on n'a pas dit notre dernier mot 🔥

Delivery system 💥
We've created this system in 2022 for the french movie "Sage Homme" by Jennifer Devoldère.

🎥 The director wanted to film an entire birth scene, including the exit of the baby.
The movie shows two birth scenes in a natural and frontal way, so women could identify themselves when they watch it.

Imagine this kind of scene on a large screen in theater ?
Well, she made it, we made it.
And this is for the kind of project we created Cinebebe.

Fake b***s prosthetics 🔥

We've been asked to create fake b***s prosthetics for a 5 days shooting.

The breasts had to look very fake, so we worked on the shape of the prosthetics to get a convincing result.

👉 Here is the result of the prosthetics before being made up on set.

We can't share the result with the make up yet... but we'll do asap !

Creation of a mold for a false pregnancy belly prosthetics - by our super team member and the great here to help on this project !

The team created two prosthetics in total : a fake belly and a fake breast for a love scene in which the actress was 6 months pregnant.

🚀 Bienvenue chez Studio Junon ! 🌟

Nous sommes ravies de vous présenter Studio Junon, tout nouvel (ou presque) atelier d'effets spéciaux pratiques, basé en région parisienne.

Fondé par Justine et Julie, Studio Junon est le fruit de plusieurs années de réflexion, de travail et de passion pour l'hyperréalisme et le cinéma.

Notre équipe est composée de sept femmes, toutes issues du monde du cinéma et de l'audiovisuel.

Mais ce n'est pas tout !

👶 Vous connaissez peut-être déjà , notre marque dédiée à la maternité et aux faux bébés, qui existe depuis 2008.

Eh bien c'est la même équipe qui se cache derrière Studio Junon...

Nous allons encore plus loin maintenant en proposant des effets spéciaux plus généralistes pour répondre à toutes vos demandes, les plus farfelues et exigeantes...
