All the Love, color, exuberance, energy and more Love we receive from our little bear is bigger and more than we ever imagined .... the 3rd and youngest in our little family of boys, knows just how to have us all wrapped around his chubby little finger, with his bright-eyed smiles, his pure heart and his infectious spirit - Our little Omar is most certainly our first-hand testimony of God’s amazing Grace being reflected through someone.
“I remember when I realized, you were growing inside me, sleeping in my womb, and growing beautifully ... something I wasn’t prepared for and definitely did not anticipate. I remember feeling stupid for not detecting it earlier, for not noticing or considering the possibility of this very real surprise, and then feeling scared about more reasons than one and as I had a million and one things running through my head, I glanced back at my tummy and I felt pure love, and excitement for something I had no idea of making through, but the love you made me feel, trumped all my doubts and uncertainties. Then as I cradled my tummy, apologizing to you for not knowing earlier, for working an 8-5 through my first trimester with you and for the fact that I had to continue working to be able to cater for us and you of course. After telling Noa about you, it was an even bigger surprise at how accepting she was and that she was (and still is) your biggest fan. Your 2 big brothers hugged me so tight and were equally excited about your arrival. and so we waited. I was working a full time 45hr/wk job and we were planning out how we’d get your stuff prepared for your arrival... and slowly but surely, plans started to fall into place, God’s unfailing love was evident and we, as a family grew and learnt to appreciate our home and each other even more. Everything has been nothing short of a Blessing”. I love you, Momma
