*Well, my stool just got worse.
Sometimes, instead of cooking, I just cut-off a slice of 'block-cheese;' however, my stool just keeps getting harder. I hadn't been able to ease my bowels, since last night. So, I purchased an e***a kit from Amazon.
It took me the entire day to discover how to get the water to run, once I inserted the catheter. Apparently, the trick is to start the water running 'before' insertion. Was this ever a headache. I would have had better-success with a 'hand-bidet,' which is remarkably 'easy' to use for this purpose, if the water-pressure is high enough.
That task completed, I discovered that my stool, looked like large rabbit-pellets. They were nearly as hard as stone. Did the 'block-cheese' turn into this 'nightmare?' I dunno; but, I only had that and a medium sized piece of cooked salmon last night for dinner.
To be fair, I usually go through a half-block of cheese in a day, when it's my primary source of calories, which is about 450 for the cheese alone. The salmon was about that much. So, did the 'milk-fat' do this to me, or is there some other 'additive' being included with this product, that somehow isn't making it's way to the label?
*Guar gum and carob gum are frequently used as additives in block-cheese. Is it possible that Amazon is using these substances, 'without' identifying them? π€
BTW, 1/2 of a quart of 'half and half' usually loosens me up, when neither stool softeners or suppositories will work.
