*Magnesium Glycinate: A Remedy for Gout?

I seem to recall reading somewhere, that 'Magnesium-Glycinate' binds to Oxalates in the blood. Apparently, the binding force, in the Glycinate formulation, is an order of magnitude above any other Magnesium supplement.

So, being a senior with gout, I decided to order 180 400mg capsules.

I have been taking 5 capsules in the morning and 5 in the evening, for a total intake of 4,000mg per day.

I've been completely pain free, for the last 2 days, without any other medications.

I don't know if this will work for you.
