*This took me 15 years to learn, through academic research and life experience. I'm amazed that the author came to most of the same conclusions.

However, I'd eliminate permanent professional enforcers; because, they're a centralized institution of "abuse" of power, whose "role" is to keep a "small" elite in power, at the "expense" of everyone else. They're "bullies" and "thugs" by definition, and they're "not" necessary for "our" welfare. In fact, "they" organize "most" of the "crime" and "chaos," that's not truely "random."

Also, crimes against persons and property are far more deserving of enforcement attention, than "imposing" your "moral" values on someone else. If "deviance" bothers you, stay "out" of "other" people's business.

"Community-policing" is a "failure," because it's controlled by the "police" and the "religious-authorities," who can "also" raise "posses (lynch-mobs)." It turns "the-community," however the "police" define it, into an "immitation" of "itself," with "no" indepenent "thought" or "agency," complete with "all" the prejudices, corruption, and depravity, that the "police" possess. It makes a "bad" situation "much" worse, and "greatly" reinforces the power of the same "small" elite that the "police" serve, while elevating the worst "psychopaths," in the community, to positions of power and influence! 🤢🤮
