If you only knew what I went through, you will celebrate my smallest of wins with me

That if you only saw me struggling real hard to crawl back to life before, you would be so glad I made it here tonight. If you only heard me cried it all out until I lost any tears to cry, you would be so happy that I can now smile so bright. If you only knew what kind of darkness and hell I've been in, you would be in joy that I welcomed light into my life again. If you only witnessed how I fought just to find a way out from that tunnel I was once within, you would tap me on my shoulder, or even pull me closer for a hug, and tell me how proud you are that I'm done with that phase.

But then, few people are clueless about one's fight; many of you are not aware of what someone needed to face just to be this soft, and strong at the same time. Others will question why someone is constantly recognizing, even the littlest of positity in her life—and it's because even those tiniest of reasons to be alive were once nowhere to be seen. And now that it's present after one's sight, it just feels so right to acknowledge and savor the given moment.

We are all oblivious of what someone had encountered to still choose to remain here. All I know is that, everyone of us is trying their hardest to be here still—to cherish our years of being alive, and to make living a worth-while experience.
