An allegory for my month… Yes. Yes that is 💩.

💩 On her face. 💩on her arms. 💩💣everywhere in the car.

And then…the day after the diaper massacre…the diamond in my engagement ring falls out.

But…all I can do. Is clean it up!!!!

Life can get 💩-y sometimes. Mine has been a bit of a hodgepodged mess lately..:but when it does 😷💩…You laugh—bc it’s that or crying as you clean them up in a 99* parking lot—or cry.
But. You clean it up. And keep on going… 😣🤢🥹

She’s lucky she’s so stinking (‼️) cute…and I’m lucky we have it insured 😮‍💨

As well as, immediate rebuke from immigrant rights groups that plan to sue.

President Joe Biden took executive actions Tuesday that would effectively shut down asylum requests at the U.S.-Mexico border once a threshold of daily migrant encounters has been met.

I realized while on spring break I’ve officially been with for a full year 🙌🏽💕.

What a year it’s been…making new friends, reconnecting with old…the opportunity to witness history and ask questions of those in power.

Grateful 🥹 for this opportunity, at a company that made coming back after baby girl seamless and never guilty over family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 needs (especially among ALL the kindergarten 🦠 & worlds worst colleague 😂 or at least most distractable..(last pic!))

On this 15-year anniversary of Lilly Ledbetter Act the Administration hopes a new rule will help lessen that discrepancy-- by barring some companies from being able to ask for your salary history. US will respond to drone attack that killed 3 troops, National Security Council’s John Kirby told Scripps News Morning Rush.
"That's going to be up to the commander-in-chief to decide, and he's working his way through those decisions as we speak," Kirby said.

A White House spokesperson told Scripps News that the U.S. is not looking to enter into a broader Middle East war, but vowed to respond to Saturday's drone strike in northeastern Jordan that killed three American service members.

I find this issue fascinating---

It passed the Florida House with bipartisan support ( 106-13) and similar bills, like one in Arkansas, have been blocked by a federal judge.

Many studies do show negative effects of social media, to include anxiety, depression, body image issues and sleep problems. Among other issues-- like bullying.

But, is this protecting youth? Impeding parental choice? First amendment rights?

A bipartisan group of senators sent a letter to the President this week-- questioning his authority to launch strikes in Yemen...

Writing: "It could also be argued that directing military action to defend U.S. commercial shipping is within this power."

The administration defended the strikes.

An administration official telling Scripps News: "We are confident, after consultation with the Justice Department and interagency lawyers, that U.S. actions alongside coalition partners against Houthi targets are consistent with international and domestic law. We have explained that legal basis in various forms, including in public notifications to Congress consistent with the War Powers Resolution and in public letters to the UN Security Council."

Today would have marked the 51st Anniversary of Roe v Wade. The Biden/Harris team out with a 1-2-punch on the issue, which they believe can be winning for them in 2024.

The VP heading to Wisconsin for a campaign event today, followed by a POTUS/VP campaign event Tuesday on the issue of reproductive rights. It follows the campaign releasing an ad featuring a Texas doctor who says she was forced to leave Texas to end a planned pregnancy that put her life at risk.

Today the Administration also new steps they are taking on reproductive health access.

Yesterday a new poll found 1/4 of Americans believe in a conspiracy that the FBI was involved in the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol.

Earlier this week, U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves described Jan 6 as the "largest single-day mass assault of law enforcement officers in our nation's history."

The average work week then was about ~55hrs per week. So let's assume an 11 hour day.

Today-- MORE THAN 100 years later... The federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour or for an 11 hour day: 79.75
