As we gear up to welcome the New Year, it's important to be aware of the areas where fireworks are prohibited in Helsinki on New Year's Eve. Your safety and the well-being of our beautiful city are our top priorities.

🚫🎆 Fireworks are banned between 18:00 on December 31 and 02:00 on January 1 in the following areas:

City Center (Yliopistonkatu – Mikonkatu – Rautatientori – Asema-aukio – Elielinaukio – Töölönlahdenkatu – Töölönlahti park ¬- Makasiinipuisto – Kansalaistori – Mannerheiminaukio – Paasikivenaukio – Salomonkatu – Narinkkatori – Simonkatu – Mannerheimintie – Erottaja – Eteläesplanadi – Kauppatori – Mariankatu – Aleksanterinkatu – Senaatintori)
