This is something I believe wholeheartedly.

Using instagram boost, can feel like throwing money into a pit, and you may never see it again. The targeting doesn't give the same results as advertising from Ads Manager, even for creating engagement. Boost will not give you the same results.

Go to Business centre ➡️ set up ads manager

READ THROUGH EVERYTHING, RESEARCH IT ALL. Take the time to learn, and it will pay off.

Be as precise with your targeting as you can be, have one single person in mind, and target them. The rest may follow.

I'm open to answer any of your questions about Ads Manager.

(Also use Facebook Blueprint for rules and guidelines, this will a good guide for what Instagram and Facebook push in general)

After MANY trial and errors of content creation, this is my top tip.

My number 1 thought as I got through my editing phase.

“Will it take more than 5 seconds to get the point of this post?” - if the answer is yes, time to edit. If the answer is no, then it’s good to go 🙌🏻

It’s that simple.

We've all been there.

Spent hours on a post
Checked it 484 million times

But there. it. is.
A spelling mistake.
Punctuation is all wrong, you sound crazy.

Time to delete, fix it, and try again.

So, these are how I proofread before I post, following this format has been foolproof for me personally. Save it now, and you'll sleep easier knowing someones not going to point out the "your vs you're" in your last post do the same for you.

Anyone else feeling like the last 2 weeks was particularly hard?

But with struggles comes learning, so here are some tips I learned:

🕰️ Always have a backup plan:
Even when things are working out find the next best thing and do that at the same time. It might feel like hard work but you'll be grateful for it in the end.

🛵 Sleep!
Get enough sleep, trying to function on empty never works. After 24 years, of waiting until I can't stay awake any longer. I realize it doesn't work and I feel better for actually getting some sleep.

🌡️ Take your time
Rushing means that you'll probably have to do it again. You'll miss the small details. Being a small business these are the thing that will set you back. Take it easy but keep moving.
