Moon is out. The Rockin’ 8-BALLS and ”Lonely Moon” at the Rockabilly Rocks Club at Eikan Pankki in Järvenpää on the 5th of April in 2025. The song was originally released by Johnny Wells on Astor in 1959. It was written by two young and unsigned songwriters, Joe Zellers and Alan Christian, who were part The Kingtones.

Don’t ask, don’t tell. The Matchbox and their biggest hit "When You Ask About Love" at Suisto in Hämeenlinna on the 8th of May 2024. The song was written by Jerry Allison and Sonny Curtis and recorded by the Crickets in 1959. It was a hit in Britain, reaching number 27 in the UK Singles Chart. In 1980, Matchbox released a cover of the song as the second single from for their fourth album ”Midnite Dynamos”. It became the band's biggest hit, reaching number 4 on the UK Singles Chart.

Boogie train. The rockin' 8-BALLS and their hit version of ”Freight Train Boogie” at Teatterihotelli in Riihimäki on the 5th of April 2025. "Freight Train Boogie" was written by Alton and Rabon Delmore of the Delmore Brothers. The song was released in 1946 on the King Records. It reached No. 2 on the Billboard folk chart In December 1946.

”I've been to Nagasaki Hiroshima too, The same I did to them baby I can do to you…” Maibell & The Misfires and their version of "Fujiyama Mama" at the Rockabilly Rocks Club at Eikan Pankki in Järvenpää on the 12th of April 2025. "Fujiyama Mama" was written by Earl Burrows (later known as Jack Hammer). It was first recorded in 1955 by Annisteen Allen, and in 1957 by rockabilly singer Wanda Jackson, both for Capitol Records. The song did not chart in the United States, but Jackson's version became a No. 1 hit in Japan for six months in 1958.
