ፕርስቲጅ አዲስ በቋሚነት በየሁለት ሳምንቱ እያዘጋጀ በሚገኘው መድረክ ዝናን ከበጎ ምግባር ጋራ የያዙ በቲያትር፣ ፊልም፣ ስነ-ጽሁፍ እንዲሁም የኪነ-ጥብብ ባለሙያዎችን በዘርፉ ጀማሪ ለሆኑ ወጣቶች ከሕይዎት እና የስራ ልምዳቸው እያከፈሉ የሚገኙ ሲሆን በዚህ ዝግጅት ላይም የመተዋወቂያ፣ አድናቆትን መግለጫ የሚሆኑ የፎቶግራፍ ና አውቶግራፍ እንዲሁም አዲስ ስራን ይዘው ለሚመጡ ወጣቶች አብሮ ለመስራት የሚያግዙ የጎንዮሽ ውይይቶችን አካቶል።
