Of all African countries, Ethiopia is the one prone to the most misconceptions.

The 1985 famine and the images conjured up by western media still wears heavy upon the minds of so many. For the imagery of the green fertile highlands would certainly remedy these poor views,also the colourful peoples of the south Omo valley, from the Afro-Alpine moorland of the Bale mountains national park to the thundering Blue Niles falls, or even the great Lake Tana, or even the ancient stele

of Axum and the monolithic rock churches of Lalibela and the history of the Solomonic dynasty or even the great Rift valley where the many million year bones of Lucy where discovered, the mother of humanity!!!! This vast and expansive land should be visited to be believed and enjoyed as the cradle of humanity.
