"Birds of a feather flock together"
It won't be surprising to see a group of despotic regimes form an alliance. We saw these kinds of alliance in the past. We may also see same in the future. However, time and again they have failed misarbly. It is not going to be different this time around. Most of the below mentioned states are characterized by terror and violence against people. The terror and violence take two forms: outwardly directed to a country’s outside its borders (eg. Russia invasion of Ukraine) and inwardly directed to members or nations within the country’s own population (eg. Ethiopia|n empire war against Oromia and Tigray).
