Originally constructed in 1961 as a gift from Emperor Haile Selassie I, the Hall has stood as a beacon of hope and progress in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Designed by Italian architect Arturo Mezzedimi, it became a pivotal site for African diplomacy, including the founding of the African Union.
